Forme Pilates is a boutique reformer Pilates studio located in the heart of Miami Lakes. We offer small-group classes designed for all levels, from beginners to seasoned movers - each held on the reformer for a personalized, challenging, and feel-good workout. In every class you'll get the attention you deserve in a welcoming and modern space.
